Rifle Range Improvement Project |

The club has started the much needed range project to improve safety of the rifle range. Due to the work taking place on the rifle range it will be necessary to close the range at times during the spring and summer season of 2009 (with exception of events already scheduled on the calendar). The muzzle loader range will be an alternative location provided for members wishing to shoot rifle out to 100 yds. A concrete bench and additional backboards will be installed there.
This work is being done by volunteer members of the club so please be patient as we try to complete this project in a timely manner. If you would like to volunteer to help move this project along, donate much needed funds or have questions or concerns, please contact Dick Hellerude at 608-526-4687.
Free Sand!!! There is a lot of sand to be removed from the property to complete this project. If you need or know of someone who needs some sand it is available for free. Contact us to pick it up. |

We are looking for someone to spearhead our archery program here at the club. We have an archery range along with a 3-D course. If interested, please contact us. |

We feel that it is important to improve communication between the club and it's members, so we encourage everyone wishing to receive announcements to sign up for our Mail List. The club will be holding four separate gun raffles in the next few months with proceeds going to help cover the cost of the new cooler in the clubhouse. We would like to thank Springfield Armory for providing their new XDM pistols for this raffle. The raffle guns will be two XDM Black 9mm pistols and two XDM Black .40 cal. pistols. Details of the pistols can be seen on Springfield Armory's website at: http://www.springfield-armory.com/
Contact a board member or purchase them at a club meeting. Drawings will be held at the monthly club meetings.
