~ 2010 Membership Policy ~

Memberships will be available through mail-in only. Download a membership application here or pick one up at the entrance to the club at the gate. Please send in your application early as to not delay your access to the club! Processing of application may take from 2 to 4 weeks.

Membership fees for 2010:
Annual $50.00 (calendar year Jan-Dec)
Life $500.00

The club has an automatic gate at the entrance to the club. The gate will open by entering an access number assigned to the member. Access numbers will be mailed to the member when they receive their membership card.

PLEASE do not share your access number! This past year someone gave out the life access code in an e-mail. This costs the club money and board membes time to resend letters and re-program gate codes. So, please keep your access code to yourself.

Guest passes have been implemented and were a big success in 2009. We will continue the guest pass policy in 2010. Guests are allowed to use club grounds when accompanied by a current member. The guest fee will be $5.00 for the day. A drop box for guest fees will be available at the gate entrance and must be paid before entering club grounds. The sponsoring member is responsible for their guests.

The facilities of the Holmen Rod & Gun Club are maintained by volunteer help and by funds raised by the club. Club meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 7:00 pm, except December. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend. Guests are also welcome.
